The xDrive50i boosts up to a 4.4 liter 400 horsepower V8 and the xDrive35d only offers a 3.0 liter 265 horsepower inline-6. The first two feature an eight speed automatic transmission while the xDrive35d only has a six speed automatic. When it comes to acceleration each trim has its own speeds. The fastest will hit sixty mph in less than five and a half seconds while the slowest takes over seven seconds to hit the mark.
