Pros Frequent trailer towers will appreciate the excellent handling relative to strong hauling ability on the Chevrolet Suburban Three QTR-Ton SUV, up to 9,600 pounds.

Pros Large families or big cargo loads, or both fit easily and comfortably with up to nine passenger seating and/or 137 cubic feet of cargo space.

Pros Special tow/haul mode reduces shifting and adds compression braking for a smoother ride regardless of what is being pulled.

Cons This truck is not meant for city driving, particularly not in four-wheel drive mode, as miles per gallon drop to a maximum of 10. In addition, the size makes it difficult to handle in congested city traffic, and such maneuvers as parallel parking require extensive practice.

Cons The Chevrolet Suburban Three QTR-Ton SUV would be more fuel-efficient if a diesel option was made available.
