The Lexus SUV is an example of what happens when the SUV becomes a luxury model sedan on the inside and a powerful road handling machine on the outside. The cross between the utility vehicle and the refinement of a sedan is often hard to imagine until you sit in one. A consumer needs to do little more than read a few reviews to realize that your Lexis SUV is not your typical sport utility vehicle. Regardless of the intended use for the vehicle, a test drive will likely change your opinion about how much a utilitarian can deliver.
The Lexus GX460 is a bold attempt to bring the Lexus SUV to a new level. It offers the high end styling that is found in other models but it also attempts to cross the usefulness of the SUV with a high class car. Off road capabilities are surprising and are well in tune with what the off roading experience should be like. With 4 wheel drive and traction control, the suspension system responds to off roading in a unique way.
The driver can rely on control at the wheel as the technology maintains the SUVs ability to respond even in off road conditions. This, of course, translates into the same sort of experience on the road since the technology is interchangeable with each condition. While the Lexus SUV has a long way to go when it comes to fuel efficiency, there is still ample use for the SUV that is forging ahead of its time.
The Lexus SUV GX460 model does lack in rear passenger comfort. The rear cargo door was also poorly designed for US drivers as it opens toward the curb. This makes it difficult to do simple things like pull suitcases and groceries from the rear cargo area. While it offers many features like leather seating, heated and ventilated front seats, third row seats that fold down at the click of a button, and Bluetooth and satellite technology, the comfort of the high class models are less than desirable if you end up in the rear passenger seats. The adaptive variable suspension brings a nice, smooth ride with ample performance.
The Lexus SUV RX 450h is the hybrid model for Lexus. It has earned the Super Ultralow Emissions Rating for its fuel efficiency. It clocks in with 28 city miles per gallon and 32 highway miles per gallon, making it known specifically for its efficiency. It takes only 7.6 seconds for this Lexus SUX hybrid to go from 0 to 60 miles per hour as well, making it one of the fastest accelerators in its class.
The Lexus SUV is definitely a contender for the serious SUV driver who wants a bit of luxury throughout the daily commute. As a family vehicle it suffices to say that rear seating comfort is ultra important. As a member of the luxury SUV class, the true definition of style and power are found in the Lexus. Power, technology, and thoughtful design ensure that those who choose the Lexus are happy with the final result.

Lexus rx450h, worst vehicle I ever bought, body rattles, lots of engine noise with acceleration all the extras like electric tail gate, auto wipers, navigation system, seat cooling just don't work properly, fuel consumption is at best 20% above that stated, the ride is hard not a luxury vehicle by any standards
