The MyLincoln Touch interface in the MKT seriously is the hardest thing I have ever tried to operate. I haven't even been able to use it and I consider myself fairly technically inclined. There are three display screens and controls on the steering wheel that you need a road map to figure out. I'm sure there are a lot of cool things you can do with it, but it would take a lot of tinkering to find your way around.
