I purchased my 2012 MKX a little over a month ago. The 'wow' of all the options has wore off and I have come to realize this isn't what I paid for. Poor sensitivity on the touch screen and sensor controls. Disappointing slow take off, feels like a 4 cylinder. Worst of all the seats are the most uncomfortable, it feels like a third row seati in the drivers and passengers side. I thought I was just being picky but my husband has confirmed (we agreed so you know it has to be true!). The seat heaters never warm up enough to actually need to turn them off. Overall, looks nice and the list of amenities is impressive, but functionality of those amenities is lack-luster. I wish I would have read Jackie Baurer's review, now I am stuck with this thing...
