The Mazda CX-5 is painfully slow. I just drove it, and it has to be the worst four-cylinder I have been in. Acceleration is so sluggish, I think I could sprint to 60 mph faster. Who cares that fuel-economy is good if you can't get enough power to merge onto the highway. Plus, there is a ton of road and wind noise in the cabin. Mazda really failed this vehicle in the performance department.
