The Nissan Rogue SUV Crossover comes in a choice of two trims, the S and the SV. The S starts off with the 2.5 liter 5 cylinder 170 hp engine and the CVT that comes standard. It has the option of front or all wheel drive and the decision will affect such benefits as fuel economy and performance. The S also comes with folding side mirrors, 16 inch steel wheels, air conditioning, cruise control, tilt steering wheel, full power accessories, 60/40 split folding rear seat, trip computer and a four speaker sound system with CD and auxiliary jack. A Special Edition package for the S will change those wheels in for 16 inch alloy, add in foglights, include a rear privacy glass and give drivers a 4.3 inch display audio screen, rearview camera and upgraded sound system with iPod interfact and satellite radio.
The SV trim of the Nissan Rogue SUV Crossover will take the S and SE packages and add to them. Using the same engine, transmission and front wheel or all wheel drive options; the SV will also boast 17 inch alloy wheels, keyless ignition and entry, upgraded upholstery, six way power driver's seat, fold down front passenger seat and Bluetooth. There are a couple of packages for the SV that include the Premium and the SL Packages. The premium adds a sunroof, automatic headlights, climate control and a navigation system. The SL package include Premium and then adds in 18 inch alloy wheels, xenon headlights, foglights, heated side mirrors and front seats, leather upholstery, auto dimming rearview mirror, 360 degree camera view and a Bose audio system.
The Nissan Rogue SUV Crossover includes several safety features and did well on most safety testing. Antilock disc brakes, stability control, front seat side airbags, full length side curtain airbags and active head restraints are all standard on the Rogue. Safety is a top priority with crossover SUVs and the Rogue easily measures up to the competition in that arena.
Buyers will find that the Rogue provides the power they want, the handling they need and the comfort that is expected from a crossover. With a low price tag, it is hard to find competition that offers as much in the way of style, features and performance as the Rogue.
