GMC Yukon XL Denali 2WD

Review

The 2009 Yukon XL Denali 2WD is GMC's flagship luxury SUV, available in a single trim only -5SA. The Yukon XL Denali 2WD is equipped with a standard 6.2L, V8, 403HP engine, mated to a smooth and responsive 6-speed automatic transmission (with overdrive). The GMC Yukon is renowned for its passenger and cargo space, along with its towing abilities. The Yukon XL Denali offers even more space, more towing ability, along with all the luxury equipment you would expect from a top of the range luxury SUV. This SUV is loaded; Onstar personal calling hands-free telephone, second row hvac controls, rear electronic parking aid with audio-visual warnings and ultrasonic sensors, power liftgate, keyless entry operated via key fob, 3-function homelink(r) universal garage door opener, rain sensing intermittent windshield wipers and crash sensor sending GPS signal device. This SUV really has all the space, comfort, equipment and towing capacity anyone would ever need. But it comes at a price, the GMC Yukon in top of the range XL Denali 2WD 5SA specification is not cheap, and gas mileage of 14mpg city/16mpg highway can be hard to live with, especially with today's uncertain gas prices.
