Toyota SUVs 2010

Toyota started as we know it, back in 1937 with the establishment of the Toyota Motor Company Ltd. However prior to the actual launch of the automobile part of the business many years of research had taken place. The founder of Toyota, Kiichiro Toyoda, had travelled to the U.S.A. and Europe to learn about manufacturing methods. Prior to this, he spent almost 6 years in research. This enabled Toyota to get a running start and almost immediately modern style production methods were already in place, such as "Just-in-time" production and the "Creative Idea Suggestion System". By 1960 the Toyota Central Research & Development Laboratories, Inc. was created and the Toyota Technical Center U.S.A., Inc. was established thereby paving the way for selling to the U.S. market. Today Toyota sells more vehicles in the U.S. than any other manufacturer with the exception of GM. Many experts predict that Toyota's market share in the U.S. will continue to increase. In 2007, Toyota stole GM's crown as the world's biggest car manufacturer. The most popular car in North America today is the Toyota Camry. A large part of the Toyota success story is the commitment to quality. Toyota vehicles have legendary reliability and regularly top customer satisfaction surveys around the world. In fact, it is rare to see Toyota not coming in the top 3 for any survey over the last 10 years. Owning a Toyota is the very essence of stress free motoring.
