Toyota Sequoia SUV Review

Toyota is a company that keeps on bringing their makes and models to public better than each year. They are the epitome of quality and set high standards for all their vehicles and they have grown in leaps and bounds in the SUV and SUV crossover market. One of the largest in Toyota's fleet of SUVs and crossovers is the Toyota Sequoia SUV which boasts seating for eight plus plenty of cargo space. The seats are large and comfortable allowing for even tall adults to occupy the third row seating comfortably. There is also the option to have a full entertainment system included to keep the everyone occupied during long trips. Unlike other SUVs, the Toyota Sequoia SUV offers eight airbags for the safety of its occupants. Other models only offer side airbags in the front seats and second row seating. No matter what type of accident occurs, there is safety for all who are involved in this vehicle. Not only is this a safe vehicle, but the Toyota Sequoia SUV has a large towing capacity as well. Families who want to bring a fifth wheel camper or a boat on vacation can rest assured that the towing capacity of over seven thousand pounds can handle them.
As anyone can guess, the engine in the Toyota Sequoia SUV is a monster which enables it to have the towing capacity and safety that is expected from this model. With the standard model boasting a huge 4.6 liter V8 engine with three hundred and ten horse power, it is no surprise that this is not the most fuel conscious of the fleet. It only gets fourteen miles per gallon city driving and twenty on the highway. If that is not enough power then the Limited or Platinum models may suffice with a whopping 5.7 liter V8 engine that offers three hundred and eighty one horse power. Unfortunately, the mileage drops substantially to nine miles per gallon city driving and only twelve on the highway. All three models come with a six speed automatic transmission and four wheel drive standard. This means that not only is the Toyota Sequoia SUV powerful, but it can handle any terrain easily. The Toyota Sequoia SUV is a cut above the rest of the large SUVs of similar make but for those who are more fuel conscious, the standard model is the better the choice.
Not every family needs the power of the Toyota Sequoia SUV but for those who do, it is nice to know that Toyota has once again come through. With an interior that was designed with comfort in mind, this vehicle is the perfect one for those long road trips. The driver seat even has lumbar support making it easier to drive long distances without getting a backache. All controls are located on the steering wheel which adds another safety feature to this already safety enhanced Toyota Sequoia SUV. Even those who do not have a family but who need eight seats for adults are pleased with the roominess of the interior. The price tag does reflect this comfort as it is the highest priced vehicle in the Toyota line for 2011.

2011 Toyota Sequoia– An excellent work or family SUV with long list of standard features, ample power and comfortable handling. This luxury SUV possesses standard accident avoidance features like airbags and Electronic Stability Control (ESC) that enhances the stability of the vehicle. Some other safety features such as a backup camera, traction control and rollover sensors have also been added to enhance the safety of the vehicle. It offers efficient fuel economy and large storage capacity as well. Overall this SUV is suitable for those who need to buy something new in the SUV line-up.
Math class people: 26 gallon tank, at $3.50/gl = $91 to fill up. WTF(freak)is that all about !?!?. I'm not that hard up for a SUV.
