Despite being a large SUV the Highland earns a lot of praise for its smooth maneuverability.
The middle seat on the back row, which can be removed and folded away, making for a lot more space for the two remaining passengers.
The ability to fit in another back seat passenger, without doubt, has its pluses.
To sum up, this principal con can be put in terms of " if you need to carry six passengers in the Toyota Highlander , you can- but it shouldn't be too long a journey."
Feedback received is that to sit in the middle "captain's seat" for any length of time is no fun at all, as the seat, by nature, is very skimpily designed.
The same can be said about the third row seats which present the same problem.
