Even though the Cadillac SRX SUV Crossover is considered among the compact class, it provides a big punch in the way of standard features. There are four different trims that one can choose from including the Base, Luxury, Performance and Premium. Needless to say, the further up one chooses to go with price and trim, the more they will receive standard on the vehicle.

When a buyer selects the Base trim, they are choosing the most basic available. Being a Cadillac, there are still a host of standard features. Some of these are alloy wheels, a keyless entry system, headlights that come on automatically, rails for the roof, a remote start system and climate control. The interior also boasts a leatherette upholstery, a powered driver seat and split folding seat in the rear that also reclines. The steering wheel offers both tilting and telescoping capabilities and the vehicle has cruise control. Electronically, one can expect to have Bluetooth, OnStar and a Bose stereo that boasts eight speakers, CD, satellite radio and an iPod interface.

Stepping up to the Luxury trim of the Cadillac SRX SUV Crossover will give buyers an even wider assortment of features. Such things as sensors on the front and rear for parking, outside mirrors that dim automatically and fold, wipers that are automatic and the panoramic sunroof are all standard. There is also a keyless entry and ignition and a liftgate that is powered and has an adjustable height. The interior is upgraded to full leather and the driver seat is enhanced. The passenger seat gets powered and both front seats get heat along with the steering wheel. The rearview mirror dims automatically, there is accent lighting adding and even a camera put in the rear. Add this to a cargo management system known as U-Rail and driver's are given quite a bit to work with. Of course there are optional features as well. One can add a navigation system or upgrade their current sound system to one with more features.

When moving up to the Performance trim of the Cadillac SRX SUV Crossover, buyers will see an increase in wheel size. The suspension is changed to sport tuned and the dampers are adaptive. There will be an upgrade to the steering, adaptive xenon lights and even fog lights on this trim. IN addition the navigation system and upgraded audio system are both standard.

The Premium trim on the Cadillac SRX SUV Crossover is considered the cream of the crop. It adds in a tri-zone climate control and gives the seats ventilation. The rear seats will also get heat and there will be audio controls added in the back as well. The only option available is the DVD entertainment system and that cannot be added to the Base trim.
