I have owned my Honda Element since I purchased it new in 2005. It has given me no problems and carries my musical equipment over thousands of kilometres without a moment's worry. It is long-legged on the highway and highly manoeverable around town. With good snow tires it behaves very predictably on winter roads. The decision to discontinue such a reliable and well-loved vehicle is hard to understand. Perhaps the same people who have diminished the Civic were involved. Let's hope the Element makes a triumphant comeback before too long.
