Mercedes-Benz launched its first SUV in 1997, and it exploded in popularity with those looking for a high-end SUV. Since then, the line has grown, matured and become more refined. They make vehicles that boast plenty of power under the hood while enveloping passengers in a tranquil and vault-like environment.

The Mercedes-Benz GLK-Class offers an abundance of safety features, sophisticated styling, amazing handling and an impeccably crafted cabin. For 2013, the GLK350 gets a more powerful and fuel-efficient V6 engine as well as revised power steering, updated styling and a start/stop engine. Jumping up significantly in price, the 2013 GL-Class starts at $62,400. This seven-passenger vehicle cradles you in comfort in a beautifully crafted and roomy interior. Plus, there are a few different engines available, one of which is a wickedly fast 429 horsepower V8 that accelerates zero to 60 mph in 5.4 seconds.

The GL-Class consists of four trims, including the GL350 Bluetec, GL450, GL550 and the top-of-the-line GL63 AMG. You will find this fully redesigned vehicle to be breathtaking from the inside-out, with more features than you could ever hope for. It competes against the Land Rover Range Rover, Lexus GX570 and Infiniti QX.

Finalizing the lineup of Mercedes-Benz SUVs for 2013 is the handsome and rugged G-Class. With exceptional craftsmanship, this vehicle is a thriving legend with outdoor and adventure enthusiasts.
